Individual therapy is a place to understand what’s actually happening in your life—not just identify symptoms. We’ll look at the patterns that keep showing up, what may be driving them, and what you can do differently. Therapy is collaborative and practical, with the goal of helping you better understand yourself and make changes that carry into everyday life.
Couples Counseling
Couples counseling focuses on understanding what happens between you when communication breaks down, conflict repeats, or you begin feeling disconnected from one another. We’ll look beyond who is right or wrong to identify the patterns each of you brings into the relationship and develop more effective ways to communicate, respond, repair, and move forward together.
Insurance & Fees
Insurance
We work with several major insurance plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, Curative, United Health Care, and Select Health. Coverage varies by clinician, state, and individual plan. Don’t see your insurance listed? Ask us—we may still be able to help.
Your Cost
Your cost depends on your individual insurance benefits and may include a copay, coinsurance, or deductible. We can help verify your benefits so you have a clearer idea of what to expect.
Self-Pay
Self-pay is available for clients who prefer not to use insurance or whose plan is not accepted by their clinician. We’ll provide the session fee before you schedule.
HSA/FSA
HSA and FSA funds can generally be used for eligible mental health services. We can provide documentation for your records when needed.
Common Questions
How does online therapy work?
Sessions are held by secure video at a scheduled appointment time. You can attend from a private location as long as you are physically located in a state where your clinician is licensed or otherwise authorized to practice.
Who are the clinicians?

How do I get matched?
Tell us a little about what brings you to therapy, where you’re located, your insurance, and what you’re looking for in a therapist. We’ll review your information and help connect you with a clinician whose experience, availability, and approach may be a good fit.
What about insurance?
Insurance coverage varies by plan, clinician, and state. We can help verify your benefits before you begin and explain what your plan shows for outpatient therapy, including any deductible, copay, or coinsurance. Because benefits are determined by your insurance company, verification is not a guarantee of coverage or payment.
Are sessions confidential?
Yes. Your privacy is important, and your information is protected in accordance with applicable privacy laws and professional standards. There are limited circumstances in which a clinician may be required or permitted to disclose information, such as certain safety concerns or when required by law.
Partnering for Your Patients
We welcome referrals from therapists, physicians, healthcare providers, and other professionals looking to connect patients with outpatient psychotherapy. We’ll work to determine whether we have a clinician whose licensure, availability, and areas of practice are appropriate for the person being referred.
